President

Prior to joining RH Management in 2014, Anson worked as a real estate consultant for The Situs Companies for 10 years, during which he underwrote over $1 billion in apartment acquisition and loan transactions, and resolved $500 million in distressed loans. Anson has an MBA from Columbia University.

Portfolio Manager

Prior to joining RH Management in 2021, Jeff worked for Internacional Realty for 13 years, where he managed apartment properties up to 350 units in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.  He was a top performer with turnaround properties as well as stabilized properties, earning Property of the Year awards from the company in 2015 and 2019.

General Counsel

Andy Lang has been a landlord and property manager in Houston for over 40 years. He was previously managing partner at Donisi & Lang for 35 years where he litigated over 100 cases to decision, focusing on real estate, landlord-tenant, and collections matters.

Director of Maintenance

Jose “Sony” Tafolla has over 30 years of maintenance experience. He has worked with RH Management for 20 years.
